Assessing Firm Readiness to Adopt Cluster-Based Innovative Projects: A Segmentation Analysis

As innovation has garnered substantial attention on corporate success and sustainability, organizations must evaluate internal contexts to determine potential innovative practices benefits. Firms need investigate the determining factors of preparedness as organizational are catalyzed through elements. This study evaluates small medium firms’ readiness adopt execute collaborative projects within a future cluster its impacts advantages, intentions, attributes. Thereby, three dimensions were considered in examining preparedness, namely, climate, culture, motivation. A total 70 firms operating labeled agri-food sector Morocco interviewed homogenously classified using integrated hierarchical non-hierarchical algorithms, following segmentation approach. Three segments identified, stressing degree undertake service clusters. The varied according firm’s sub-sector, experience, resources. Considering association with benefits practical aims, results broaden firm understanding projects. also illustrate relevance adapting both beneficial project arrangements for minor moderate experience while addressing current issues across different segments.
